Could you please explain to me what "TRIP" is at 3:38? is it the distance over ground from the last noon report to arrival at EOSP?

Correct. “Trip” is the distance over the ground, either ‘noon to noon’, ‘BOSP to first noon’, or ‘last noon to EOSP’, and then the total ‘BOSP to EOSP’. Depending on the program you have, this may just be called "Distance OG"
