Mag exercise po lalo na yoga for scoliosis or pilates exercise. Big help yun sis. Exercise sa umaga and before matulog.

Dapat talaga mag attend ka ng graduation ng mga anak mo. Sabay pa nman pla. Its a milestone of your children at achievement mo rin yan. Tatatak sa isip nila na wala ka sa graduation nila.. Im happy for your achievements in life while working as ofw. Hopefully all your dreams will come true as well all your worries and health problems will be fine. Take care of your health always. Better drink vitamin D and high calcium adult milk drinks for your bones to become stronger.
