[2nd R151 to Debut on NSL!] SMRT Trains - Alstom R151 [815/816] [Dhoby Ghaut → Marina South Pier]

This video features an Alstom Movia R151, 815/816, which is from BSD to serve NSL for the whole day under the weekend schedule, from NS24 Dhoby Ghaut to NS28 Marina South Pier.
815/816 would first return back into UPD when it was replaced by 603/604 while doing EWL Full Day Run 336 on 31/5/2024. Then on 1/6/2024, 815/816 would do a Transfer from UPD to BSD as Run 751 during the morning hours. From there, it was not seen in service and rested in BSD until the day before (7/6/2024) where it finally debuted in Revenue Service on the North-South Line!
This is the 2nd R151 to ever run on the North-South Line, after 839/840 made its debut on NSL 2 weeks ago (25/5/2024 as Run 231). By right, I was supposed to catch this R151 trainset the day before since it was deployed to Run 205. But sadly, it swapped to Run 415 and didn't come out for the rest of the day. Eventually, the R151s on NSL will become more common as time goes by.
So this was the run that I was able to catch on NSL since it came out to run on NSL for the whole day again. Luckily, it managed to survive the run so far and I was able to hunt it down to film it!
Note that the announcements "This Train Service will end at Marina South Pier" plays when travelling to City Hall (from Dhoby Ghaut) and Raffles Place (from City Hall) station, instead of just playing it when heading to Marina South Pier station from Marina Bay station only.

R151 trains on NSL is more interesting and fun to ride while KSF can switch to the EWL. NSL should have 'variety' of train types running as well despite their reliability being better nowadays. While there are 106 trains, SMRT should deploy half of the R151 fleet (like about 30 to 50 trains, when all first three generation trains have been decommissioned) on NSL while exchange with the KSF trains (especially C151A) to EWL to be fair
