Woah, why would someone call the cops. Anyone can look online and see the dogs and watch how they're doing. They have lots of bowls of water and fans to keep the place cool. There are some odd people out there Bliss, I hope this sort of occurrence doesn't get to you. 6000 subscribers now!

Fans don't reduce the temperature of a room, unless they are sucking in cooler air from somewhere else, but usually it's hotter outside than inside, so that's rarely the case. Fans cool down humans because we sweat through our skin and the air from the fan removes the sweat and this helps cool us, but dogs sweat through their tongue, the evaporation and cooling effects are a lot more limited with dogs, and has less effect.
