🙌 The 2nd In-depth Workshop of Youth Think Tank Competition for EAA Flyway, held 28 - 29th May 2022, focused on "Local Community Engagement."
We were honored to invite trainer, Ms. Mercy Kariuki, Programme Officer at BirdLife International and speakers Mr. George Ndung’u Muigai, Founder of Cranes Conservation Volunteers, Ms. Amy Lecciones, Executive Director for the Society for the Conservation of Philippine Wetlands, Mr. Johnson Chung, Project Manager at Hong Kong Bird Watching Society and Professor Wataru Kitamura, Associate Professor for the Department of Restoration Ecology and Built Environment at Tokyo City University, to share their experiences on conservation projects that engage local communities.
