lol not to worry, it's the pronoun "you" in korean; and you'll hear several similar variations. and i think that chorus "nega che chalaga" is actually "i am the best." here, i quoted this from quora: Niga - An informal way of saying “you~ (did, said, ate, etc)” usually used between very close friends or siblings and it has kind of nuance of complaining or fighting. NOT a complete sentence and to make it complete you will need to put a past particle or past tense of some sort that you are referring to behind niga. Nurga(Neoga) is much more smoother than Niga. 2NE1 was forcibly disbanded by YG in 2016. The members found out through the media that the group was disbanding. Each member has solo careers, they hope to come together again as a group in the future but YG still owns the 2NE1 brand name so... CL and Minzy have their own labels. Dara is with Abyss and Bom is with D-Nation. You should check out their solos! :)

Their name stands for "New Evolution of The 21st Century" and is pronounced as "To anyone" or "Twenty-one". their fandom name is blackjacks.
