I always felt very uncomfortable and ugly in my body. I thought everything about be was ugly. My body volume, my face, my smile, my laugh, my voice, my personality. I always heard people saying "You just need to love yourself" but I always thought that this will never happen because I did not know how. And I still don't know today how I did it but I was forcing myself to look in the mirror and try to find something beautiful about me. My friends cheered me up, telling me what they thought of me was pretty or even beautiful. And I checked on the things they told me. My eyes, my smile, my hips, my waistline and so on. Many people told me different things. And so I tried to find beauty in them and to accept and over all appreciate them. And it worked! It really worked. I don't know how but it worked. Today I am looking inside the mirror and think "Yes. You go, girl. You are looking damn fine." I tried to lose weight but I am ways too lazy and I love eating too much. So I still wish to be smaller sized but this isn't as important to me as it used to be. I always thought I only could be happy with myself when I would be as small and tender as the girls of 2ne1 for example because, damn they look awesome. But I didn't need to be in the end because I am completely fine with myself. I am even daring to wear shorts and short skirts (I love short skirts) and even find myself sexy. And others, over all boys, do too. So I discovered that beauty, sexiness, cuteness and attraction-potentiol is only a thing or perspective. Don't be too harsh on yourself, people. Try to appreciate small things of yourself and try to find beauty on you, be honest with yourself and not too forceful and critical. Ask your family and friends what they think about you, which part of you they find pretty and beautiful and try to believe them. Because not everyone is lying about it. Ask them to be honest and you will get an honest answer. Don't give up, you're not alone and there are always people finding you beautiful. Try to smile everyday because the most beautiful things on this planet isn't a thigh gap or flawless skin or perfect curved lips. But a smile :)
