I know CL can reach those notes. I think she just tenses up whenever she's about to sing it, so her throat constricts, thus the slightly strained effect. If she just lets go and open up like how she did in the recorded version, she'd hit that note with ease. I'm am CL-biased since 2ne1 debuted and I'm not deluded. I know that even my bias has shortcomings sometimes. We're all human and we all have limits. What's important is, that they keep improving with each song and they still entertain and inspire us the way only 2ne1 can. CL, I LOVE YOU FOREVER. I know you can do great things! Please don't change. :D
