Straight up judging vicims and hostages for being for peace while saying you're not judging them. Worse still, its obviously victim blaming because the idea is that it's their futile approach that leads to oct 7th.

Thank you very much for the podcast. I would be very interested to hear how your regular guest Dan Schueftan assesses the strategic situation. Perhaps you can invite him back as soon as possible. For me as a German, Dan Schueftan is like medicine against European naivety. As you might notice, the first expressions of solidarity from European and American politicians have already given way to concern for the Gazans.

Hasbara is sometimes less about Israel, and more about the diaspora - without the information out to the rest of the world, there is less protection for Jews in the diaspora. Though on Eytan's hand, sometimes it feels like it doesn't matter... I hope Israel takes this as an opportunity to become more independent - less imports, maximum exports. Not relying on other countries for anything means more room to maneuver (and "BDS" would have less of a hold)

Civilian Population and Individual Civilian Protection (Additional Protocol I, Article 48):* Article 48 of Additional Protocol I (1977) specifies that the civilian population and individual civilians shall enjoy general protection against dangers arising from military operations, and they shall not be the object of attack. *3. Protection of Civilian Objects (Additional Protocol I, Article 52):* Article 52 of Additional Protocol I (1977) outlines the protection of civilian objects, including homes, against the effects of military operations, with a prohibition against acts of destruction. *4. Precautions in Attack (Additional Protocol I, Article 57):* Article 57 of Additional Protocol I (1977) sets out precautions to be taken in attacks to avoid harm to civilians and civilian objects.
