He doesnt say that the preacher is a crackhead more like that being a crackhead is like eternal fire. its a metaphor, if you are addicted to crack you go through hell personally and for addicted people it seems like there is no way out of it (the Eternal Fire from the bible is the place where the sinners get send to as a punishment for their sins by god where they burn forever eternally). Its a real clever line since hes literary saying indirectly thorugh his metaphor that eternal fire is already real ( if you are a crackhead for example ) which in contrast to the religious topic would be blasphemous. This song is pretty deep. Also the lyrics on that video are not always correct, the next few lines even more crazier : Why you got these kids' minds thinkin' that they evil? While the preacher bein' freaky, you say, "honor God's people" > its a clear reference of the pedophilia going on in relgious communities while even portraying their twisted selfportrayals and so on. Pac had deep knowledge for a 25 year old. This song is a master piece and shows what a great songwriter he was also.
