Thats true no matter what the race or nation you reside. My early life was in poverty and I struggled to adjust. I was 30 before I was able to become a positive member of society.. Would I have made it without being in prison or dead had I been born black? I surely would have had less of a chance to since I would have still had to deal with biases. Solve poverty with opportunity and acceptance and the current genocide going on in the poor black (and every other race) communities goes away.
