Monica was an extremely talented kid, in an industry that encouraged her to behave as a woman rather than protect her childhood. There is no telling who tried to violate her along the way. Tupac was the crush of many woman and teenage girls. It is the responsibility of the adult to not take advantage of the child. Tupac was being a real man (not a predator) by not allowing her to overstep any boundaries with him or herself. He saw her as she was, a child. I see a lot of folks calling Monica fast, etc. Maybe she was or wasn't, in this case it doesn't matter. Grown men (women too) have full authority when rejecting the advances of an underaged person. Tupac did that when many others ripped through youth like a rabid dog on steroids. Tupac was behaving like a man, rather than sick distorted villain. It's not hard to do the right things.

@@Travisj.91 I was there. I was the musician for U.N.V., session musicians on live music for Christopher Williams at uptown, so forth and so on. I remained a touring and session musician until the mid 2000’s between Philly )hometown) and New York mostly. I can definitely tell you this. At that time, Suge was getting ran by the white folks, and Puffy was making moves to set himself up for the aftermath of it all. Let me explain. Puffy was cold as hell. He was grimy. He let people look at him in his flashy videos and things, bu Puff was a killer with business. I was doing a session, and a bad boy exec was there. We we talking. He told me, face to face, if you ever want work with Puff don’t let him find out you did anything with anyone on the west coast. He has a lot of upper white men with major power behind him to get dirty things done. Yes, he told me that straight to my face on some insider ish. If you look back at that time, the need was with Suge, not Puff. Publicly, puff was saying all the right things. Behind the scenes to the white men, Puff was saying all the right things, BUT Puff just didn’t have those crips out west. He had killers in NY that moved in silence. Trust me, I saw it personally at parties and things. Trust and believe, during the mid 90’s, Suge truly didn’t want to see Puff. He had major weight with him, he jus moved business like

I’m so glad Pac used the head on his shoulders and didn’t take the opportunity on Monica…I know many males who hop at that chance….we didn’t need a story 20 something years later, especially after the rape allegations….he was simply not wanting to possibly repeat history

@KtotheG2 жыл бұрын
His mama kept his pops from him and lied to him about his pops dying.. She finally relented when Pac's father came to see him after he was shot in New York. Smh. This is so typical in the black community. Some dudes become decent men despite their mothers, like Lebron James.
@TeniqueSpeaks Жыл бұрын
@@KtotheGI get how you feel but that still was his mother and she was still the one that implanted a lot of his great character traits.
@KtotheG Жыл бұрын
@@TeniqueSpeaks Character and personality traits are genetic. Pac resembles his father more than his mother.. and that was part of the reason why Pac and his mom had so much tension. Pac even said his mom and aunties gave him hell because he looked so much like his father... and he was the only boy in a house full of women.
@misterundead4254 ай бұрын
@@KtotheG She didn't lie. The father figure who was in Pac's life and who Pac thought was his actual father died. Idk where this idea came from that she lied about his real father dying. you can say she lied about that person being his father. But we also don't even know if she knew at the time that Billy was his actual dad. I know Pac said that the dude that died also claimed that Pac was his son.
