@@MrTmills32 you’re just chattin… when that album dropped it had the streets on lock from the west to the east. @@MrTmills32 you were chattin and I called you out. Your intentions were to make it seem as though the album wasn’t a classic and it was only relevant cause he died and that’s not true. You’re also backtracking cause I called you out. I also made plenty points mainly how that album had the streets on fire and I gave examples of how the music was being consumed and how it had the streets in a frenzy right before the album dropped. I also pointed out the fact that this was way out in NYC even though there was a supposed “East Vs West”. Despite that he was on fire in NYC cause of the music. Did his death add to record sales sure… but the music was hot regardless. Main point is the album is a classic because it’s fire not just because he died like you initially suggested.

I could take Daz comments either way. Initially, it sounds like he was saying they weren’t jealous because they were contributors to All Eyez On Me the argument being why would they do that if they were jealous. But where I think his comments went left is when he said Tupac couldn’t move around like they could. Why make that comment? I think at least in Daz case, it’s a bit of both in that he did have some love for Pac but was also a bit jealous because of the attention he got. Suge also made them give Tupac those songs so they weren’t exactly willing contributors.

@@WORLDRENOWNEDHIPHOP101 facts? Lol. You just did exactly what I said. You did not read everything. Strictly came out in 93, and it did not go platinum until 2 years later. I am sorry, sir, back then when there were actual album sales that is a flop. The first album bricked big time. The second album took 2 years to sell half a million. That is a brick. The third album was successful. I am sorry, sir, one out of three albums being successful is not a great career. Do not forget about the other failed album with his group. Pac was a wack rapper before the row. Face it,

Daz got lots of jokes. 😂 Seriously though, Daz *DIDN'T* produce any of the *3 songs* that Pac was on for the Above the Rim soundtrack, which was released through Deathrow & Interscope and that was *BEFORE* Pac signed to Deathrow. The soundtrack went on to go double platinum, thanks in large part to 2Pac, who was the biggest name associated with Above the Rim and again, contributed 3 songs to the soundtrack. Clearly Pac was "made" before doing any songs with Daz.

Salute to the Bomb1st fam, John, and Reggie. I disagree with Suge in regards to him saying that Snoop, Dre, and Tha Dogg Pound was jealous of 2Pac's success. A lot of mess got created due to miscommunication, ego, and disrespect. I also disagree with Daz saying that him, Snoop, Dre, and those over at Death Row (at that time) made 2Pac. 2Pac was place his stamp on the game when he became the first artist to have a number one album (MATW, 1995) while in prison. That was prior to that Death Row deal. 2Pac took Death Row to the next level and vice versa. Let's keep it 💯, Johnny J had the most production on All Eyez On Me including Pac's first number one single "How Do U Want It" and some of that work was co-produced by 2Pac. 2Pac was involved in the creative process, more than some may think. This is exactly why 2Pac got co-producer credit on All Eyez On Me. All of those albums was his baby. As 2Pac career went on, 2Pac got more involved in the creative process of the recording of those albums/songs. 2Pac should've been credited as co-producer on some of those albums prior to AEOM and on The 7 Day Theory album. You don't have to play or make beats to be a producer. It's dope that you do but, it's not a requirement. 2Pac was well deserved that co-producer credit for AEOM. He did work also.🤷🏿‍♂️

Yooooooo POINT BLANK PERIOD, Pac was who every single mfer TRIED 2 BE & WANTED TO BE wayyyyyyyy before DEATH ROW!!!! Death Row was popping but let's not get shit twisted PAC MADE DEATH ROW WHAT IT WAS & WHAT IT IS IN HISTORY!! Our whole idea of Death Row till this mfin day is based all around Pac & Suge... Pac woulda done & been the same damn thing had it been Diddy that bailed him out & he hopped on Bad Boy. Death Row just happened to fit Pacs whole outlook, mindset & even aesthetic coming out of Prison. Not to take anything away from Snoop & Doggy style But Jesus Christ is this really a conversation??? Pacs name alone is a WHOLE INDUSTRY of podcast. If You got a Pac story, you can start or get on a podcast. Ain't no mfer dead or alive touching Tupac Shakur...PERIOD.

Back in 1992, 93, 94 and 95 Death Row was a major label known worldwide thanks to Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg, Nate dog and The Dogg Pound before the coming of Tupac. Suge got him out of prison and signed a contract but Tupac came with his problems that he had in New York and the Quad studio and that's what brought down Death Row. That is the truth !!! 💯
