www.hypeplustv.com/ - Tupac Shakur is easily regarded as one of the greatest rappers of all-time however fans of Tupac would know how talented he was. One of 2Pac's most notable talent was that of an actor and for some who have watched Juice, Above The Rim, Poetic Justice, Gang Related and more would agree that he was a better actor than hip-hop emcee. I totally agree! Obviously, PAC was best at political insight on this country which is why he had to leave too soon! Let Garth Brooks or any of those people get gun down on the streets of Vegas the world would stop until someone goes to jail. Ijs! Tupac was a whole movement a vibe that was awakening our people! This man was before his time and to say his movies were better is a gross understatement!! His lyrics are what moved the people and should be remembered and respected!

Now this is comedy 🤣 what kind of opinion is that. 2Pac was just as good of rapper as he was an actor. 2Pac is so good at rapping that the man is a course in some universities. 2Pac was so good at rapping that clearly he saw it as effortless banging out several songs in one day and still when you hear them you can hear the emotions and cadence. You feel every part of his songs. If you don't you're clearly not human.

If Pac would have stayed at Baltimore School of the Arts, his life would have been different. He moved to Oakland and ended up dropping out of high school and started selling drugs. That school gave him an outlet to expressed himself and kept him from getting caught up in what was around him. If he was able to complete his senior year and graduate, he probably would have gotten accepted into a college of great prestige like Yale School for Drama or maybe even Howard University. Pac loved Shakespeare. I could have seen him on Broadway.

This video is very important because even all his closest peoples, the ones who REALLY knew him, vouched that he was more so kind, intelligent and gentle soul. The thuglife script was definitely part of an act, not saying he wasn't "tough" or anything, but his thug persona isn't what made him hard. It was how big his heart was. And honestly, I think.Tupac was, in a sense, trying to expose the industry with that because if TUPAC was putting on an act, imagine how many others in industry do the same...R.i.p to Tupac 🙏🏾

But you gotta understand that Pac wasn’t just rapping as a ‘Thug’. He had range as a lyricist as well. He rap about the streets bc he was of that life and been thru that life, but he rapped about black social injustice and classism/ economic injustice. He was the most influential poet of that time. Yes, he can act but spoken word was his calling, and he said that himself. Just got wrapped up in petty drama that he is gone too soon.

TuPac Shakur was a "Triple Threat", and that's why "Them People's" had a problem with him. His music had a focused message, his philosophy had an overall message, but to see him become big "on screen" where the entire world could actually SEE him posed a threat to "The Powers That Be", who feared he would become more and more popular, and more and more people would search him out and discover the messages he'd given throughout just the short span of his music career. Pac was yet another cautionary tale of prominent black men who refuse to "tow the line" of a narrative that has been destroying our young men, women and communities, being taken out or neutralized.

Yes, it was a great actor as well as rapper. I wouldn’t say one over the other. Both were his outlets. I do think if he was alive today, he would be more like ice cube (in the sense of actively doing music and movies) and not picking one or the other.

No one was a threat like him on that mic and on camera. He was equally talented at both. Granted he would have been more successful as an actor simply because of the industry, not his talent. Movie stars make more than a rapper just rapping. Rappers have to be more diversified to see a pay day like an A list actor which is what Pac was.

If you need Tupac to be a better actor than rapper so you can feel better about your own self image as a person, then so be it. Just know that it doesn't make it true just cause you have a platform to say it. When rappers start having songs on the level of letter to my unborn dear mama, heaven gotta ghetto,me against the world, papas song, changes, White mans world then y'all can question his rapping is not as great till then I'll wait....... Shit been waiting for decades 🤔🤔 "Somebody break me, I'm dreamin', I started as a seed, the semen Swimmin' upstream, planted in the womb while screamin' On the top, was my pops, my mama screamin' stop From a single drop, this is what they got Not to disrespect my peoples, but my papa was a loser Only plan he had for mama was to fuck her and abuse her Even as a little seed, I could see his plan for me Stranded on welfare, another broken family Now what was I to be? A product of this heated passion Mama got pregnant, and papa got a piece of ass Look how it began, nobody gave a fuck about me Pistol in my hand, this cruel world can do without me How can I survive? Got me askin' white Jesus Will a nigga live or die? 'Cause the Lord can't see us"- 2pac Let me know when they doing that
