PAC was already dissing them and BIG was too tired to keep voicing to PAC that he had nothing to do with his shooting. PAC already tarnished BAD BOYS with not believing BIG, so dropping “Who Shot Ya” was a way of getting the fans back neutral. Plus, “Who Shit Ya” was written and recorded before PAC was shot.
