I was not expecting Heartbeat to be like this. However, I am happily surprised. The more I listen to the song, the more I like it. I would say HEARTBEAT was a turning point on 2PM's career. Not only it was their first comeback without Jay but it also became a huge hit in Korea, like it was everywhere at the time. Even today kpop groups keep doing covers of it and when you say 2PM almost everyone in Korea would think of this song first (Now they probably will think of My House because they are obsessed with it 🤣) Even 2PM members mentioned HEARTBEAT as THE SONG that made it for them. Yes, Again and Again was so popular (Song of the year) but HB was on another level, people went crazy over it. The zombie concept, the pyramid, Taecyeon's gesture with his hand (holding his heart), and the acrobatics at the end made this song ICONIC and made 2PM legends of KPOP. Great reaction as always, and yes it is natural that you were a little confused with the song and the concept, it's so different from what they're doing now, but it's also the fact that it is old lol

Fun fact : For the ending, when they perform this song wherever it is, they will choose who gonna die by playing the game (idk the game's name) hehe.. So the ending never gonna be the same.. Depends on the individual who got chosen to end it 😂

Live versions (plurals) are better then the MV and the live are always different, this track introduced the dramatic/theatrical performance into Kpop, it's game changing

Well thats the thing with 2pm.. most of the time, the stage performance always better than the mv. But the newer mv did give some story for the song compared to the older mv. And there are so many great songs that have no mv... I'm so into game over and hallucination now

This was an epic song when it came out. Back then I didn't follow 2pm but I would watch idol reality shows and I would see other idol groups covering this choreography. That was 2pm's impact back then. Their live performances are really good. In their live performances you'll get to see some of their acrobatic moves at the end of the song. Check them out.

You should watch their stages / concert performance for Heartbeat.. They did a different ending each time. and they decided who 'died' in the performance just before they went on stage.. 😂

LOVE YOUR REACTlON! i think for older songs, it would be amazing if you react to one of their 1st live stages and one of their more recent ones (maybe a concert performance), the boys have grown so much w their performing ability. the older songs like this or again & again have so any different stages, i think it would be great to see the contrast! been a fan since '09 & im always so happy seeing new 2pm videos and new hottests!!!

I hope you can react to Hanareteitemo or Say Goodbye again live performance coz it really showcased their vocals and the amount of emotions that they put into it is really painful and at the same time heartwarming.
