Lag was absolutely crazy, but yeah super fun. If red and blue hadn't gone to war with us for five minutes, squamiger and ragnarok would most likely have been out, and we might have won. Great game though.

Besides Dansil and maybe Timmanator I think Squamigar is the best player in the history of these tourneys. 2019 hold off a 2V1 for like an hour and a half and almost wins. 2020 takes on a 1v1 for nearly an hour. 2020 duos gets rusher recovers and wins. That dude is next level good (btw love the videos keep up the good work!)

there's actually no formula necessarily. it's all head games and diplomacy. red and blue could have lied their asses off and said that orange and yellow actually rushed them, and maybe then they wouldn't have got teamed against. teal and purple and pink and green should have stopped fighting eachother, and teamed against yellow and orange. sure, sitting and doing nothing but booming is the most optimal, but the only way to get into that situation is by smart head games and also pure luck

wow good game but i feel sorry for the France player and his team partner. Japan where are you and i can't wait to see you demonstrate your mighty power. one more advise i don't think spending too much coin to see the whole map is a good idea. ask WHY and am going to tell you.

@@T-LionGaming What I do is if I am using European civs I usually post spies/agents/assassins at the gates of the enemy's walls and post scouts if I am using natives. Stealth is a major part of my game. That way I don't have to research spies but still keep track of the enemy. So I save resources but still carry out surveillance.
