I watch your videos and enjoy them immensely. My first (and last) bike was a 1970 Honda 100 street bike which I bought brand new for $300. I quit riding in order to support a growing family and never got back to it. So, I ride vicariously through your videos. Thanks. One last thing. In my 79 years I've learned a lot of things. One is a very fine, and refined, assortment of swear words to use when I get frustrated. I've seen your irritation expressed with "gee whiz" and the like. Would be happy to loan you some new ones.😄

I have a 325 and didn’t find an air/fuel screw I found a plug? Now I’m going to try and pull the plug (haha) on my Polaris? Thanks really enjoying your videos they inspire me to get up off my duff and get something accomplished. Your progression as a mechanic is really inspiring. Keep up the awesome work and Thanks from all of us who enjoy your videos.

Not sure if you are using it, but GUNK Carburetor & Parts Cleaner is one of the best cleaners on the market. A 3 quart can will even come with a basket to hold parts. Give it a try if not already using it, it will make the carbs look almost brand new. I don't use anything else!

You know you should look into one of them EG4 split solar AC units so you could add you some heat and air that garage with a option to add solar to it so you don't burn up that high dollar electric bill. Check the on & off kill switch position and the contacts need to be barely bent up to touch the plate more inside of that ignition key switch. And spray it with contact CRC contact cleaner not just WD-40 Joe. Check the fuse and voltage rectifier relay box on it to.

Joe, you'd be amazed at how easy a parts washer would've cleaned up this carb both inside and out. All that schmootz on the bottom of the float bowl would've cleaned right up with the built-in brush where the solvent is pumped in. It's painful watching you try to clean these up without one.

Good job to make this video. I have 2003 Polaris Magnum 330 which is almost the same as yours. I have a question that at the 38 minutes in this video. What the smoke came from? Because I have similar issue. I found there are always a small oil leak between the engine and exhaust. I am going to replace the exhaust gasket and see if it resolved the oil leak issue.

I have one of these tore apart in my garage right now. I paid $400 but it's in way worse shape than what you bought. As someone else said, my start button is the red switch on left grip. Put in middle and push up on it. That may not be the original ignition switch if it turns to start, those came a few years later. Yes the carb placement REALLY SUCKS! Mine had a chinese carb and the one I bought on ebay and rebuilt just dumps too much fuel in so I bought another import carb. It bogs on top end but the plug boot does not snap on so I'm hoping it just needs a new one. The shaft in the shifter is also known to snap in half. It's just a 1/4" round bar don't be like me and pay $10 for a new factory part 🙄 This was meant to be a cheap starter atv for my 15 year old daughter and it's not working out so well but I'll get it done.

Hey Joe how's it going buddy looks like this one's going your way pretty much think you got a hell of a deal. By the way those two wires on that for the front axle is not exactly how that works you know it does have a ring and pinion in there that does most of it those two wires are for the lockers, you are right though without those and the lockers working that one will not lock into place. Anyhow I hope you and your family are all doing well, thanks for sharing.
