Yeah. It was about 34 sec, which is faster than the 35.13 record listed on the UWR page. In fact, if you add up his 2-5 and 2-6 times, I think they're faster than the UWRs too.

Even if you did all of the world records 0.49 + 4.73 + 21.54 + 41.27 + 1:27.85 + 2:20.66 you would only get 4:56.54

world records are not the fastest times that top cubers like Feliks got in best. i don't say about 2x2 or 3x3 which need some kind of luck but still sub 5 seems possible.

Philip Lauer he has to inspect them for a little bit and pick up and put down each one, which considerably slows down times

The only ones that really get affected by inspection are 2-4, maybe 5 slightly, 6 and 7 shouldn't matter all that much and those are the ones that take up majority of the time

Hey Feliks. I started cubing about 1.5 months ago, i avg 37 seconds or so on a 3x3. I find it very hard to get as many turns per second as you do and i often get catches and it just kills my times completely. Do you have any tips for faster tps and avoiding catches or is it just practice after practice? Also, i use a Gans 356s v2

The cube you use flexes a lot, so you could look into either tightening the tensions or buying a more stable cube (I recommend the latter). A QiYi Thunderclap or Valk 3 could be helpful in that regard. Developing an accurate turning style also does take a lot of practice.
