Really liked the intro. You gained so much information. I learned a lot. Great job on the editing . I rode a lot in Oregon. Lived there for years. Exploring the Cascades. The camera angle at the table reminds me of cooking shows . We can actually see the food . Your choices of food are spot on and healthy. Been searching for books on bike packing menus. The handlebars look great. Have fun at three miles an hour, be safe.

Cooking grains can be very time and fuel consuming, if you start with dry grains. There are two phases to cooking grains first is wetting the grain all the way through and the second is heating the grain. The secret is to soak the grain all day in a leak proof container, and it will be ready to heat in the evening. By soaking all day, you will get more nutritional value out of the grain and fewer farts. When possible cook a lignum (beans and pea family) and a grass (wheat, rice) together. Time tested combination for the past 6,000 plus years. This is the first time I have seen your channel. Sound like you planned a healthy journey for your mind, body and spirt. You are letting your body inform you of its needs. I hope your nomadic journey went well.

Please tell me you aren’t carrying all that food? That’s all there for the video, you’re going to portion it and just take what you need? What sort of daily mileage are you thinking about? How long is the ride, over how many days? Good luck on the trip.
