Love seeing you use an acidic rinse to get rid of any alkaline residues. So many detailers use a high PH carpet cleaner and leave the surface prone to wicking etc. Keep it up dude.

If you can easily afford it. It’s a sweet tool. But also maybe it might be worth even getting a more powerful unit though. I kinda wish I had a unit that made 3x more steam and didn’t have an extractor. I do enjoy this steam cleaner though for sure. Remember get the 240v model. The 120v runs a lot different and only has half the power since it runs on 120v. I read the 120v model can’t run the steam and the vacuum at the same time since it doesn’t have enough power.

What carpet cleaner do you use?

@@TherealTomas I use P&S carpet bomber. For stronger greasy stains I’ll as 3D Orange Degreaser. Then I also use “technicians choice do all enzyme cleaner” for really stinky vehicles pet urine & cigarette smoke. I don’t mix the enzyme cleaner with any other cleaners. Then after I’m done cleaning I neutralize the high PH cleaners with a lower PH acid based product. Sounds technical but if you look into it. It’s pretty basic. Just be careful mixing cleaners. I haven’t had a problem mixing P&S carpet bomber with 3D orange degreaser. Don’t do it if your not comfortable doing it but it work great for me with no issues to date. Good luck🤘🏾

1:48 NOPE! 😂🤣😂😭Grade 10 Science!🐄💩 The real reason is that; destilled water is free of minerals, so it tends to collect minerals from its surroundings (the internals of your steamer!) causing corrosion in the end! You using your "Extremly Clean" tap water is not helping!

Thanks for explaining that. My tap water is 0 ppm tested multiple times a year. I know that isn’t as clean as distilled water but the manufacturer does say to use tap water and the machine has a 20 hour descaling procedure. The machine will tell you is been 20hours of use (I can’t remember the actual time but it’s around there). Then you have to go through there descaling process. You basically create a mixture of vinegar and tap water and fill the water tank up with that and flush it through the system. Then you let it sit for 12hours (overnight helps) and drain. I think when the machine tells you to run the descale process. You might be able to force run the machine. I’m just lucky to have such low ppm tap water. I get 0 water spots from it. Growing up I lived on well water and the well was around 1400ppm. We had a reverse osmosis machine for house water. That would make a mess and scale up lines and tanks. 🤣 I was just referring to scale build up and that grade 10 science experiment where the teach microwaves distilled water and it doesn’t boil at boiling temp. Then they throw a fork in the water and the water explodes from the contaminants on the fork.
