Good overall premise. I would just say I wouldn't depend on neversink tiering to determine your decision on base type. Trade updates to filter can mess with tiering. Also, he excludes some bases from the orange tier that are for sure worth picking up and crafting. For example ilvl 68-74 area damage is excluded while ilvl 75 is included when that ilvl difference doesn't matter. For below ilvl 84 I tend to just pick up all 4-5 passive mediums and 8 passive larges and sort out what is worth it based on the current meta.

Delirium drops the clusters buddy and you can increase the dropchance in the atlas passives skill tree !

Likely an expense issue but Ive made tons of divines(Mageblood and up to 200d) cluster farming on T17s using Snoobaes method. Unrolled, unfractured(important) i84 3passives alone go for 8d each. Rolled like fuck for a 35effect Introspection and that went fof 60d. i84 bumps the price up quite a lot

Yeah ilvl 84 is much more worthy but yeah you gotta have a build that can run our strat on T17 …

most of the time in the league that proj cluster with eye to eye + repeater goes for 70c+. If you have bulk, it might be best to gather some 5-10 and craft them in 1 go with alt+regal or even chaos (might be less profit tho). Earlier in the league i bought a few that sold for 2+divs and it was very fast to craft and to sell too.
