During study breaks, I used to play chess (on tab), do some colouring, go for a walk to the park, etc. Sometimes I'd watch some study vlogs on KZbin, but that's all.. I had a strict rule for myself that I wouldn't watch series/ movies cuz I used to get emotionally invested in whatever I was watching and it took too much of my time.

Every time u get distracted, try to change your place of study. That's why in the video also, I keep jumping from room to room.. Change of place helps me. If possible, try to get a study buddy, so that u can both be accountable to each other. If not, u can try studying at ICAI library or any other study room also.

it is completely personal preference.. In this video, I was trying out 3:30 am study routine; but it didn't work out for me.. So later on, I went back to my 6 am study routine. So i would suggest that you try for 1-2 days to wake up this early and study; if it is not working out, then switch to slightly later like 4:30 or 5 am. But for waking up at 3:30 am, u should sleep by 8:30-9 pm. Don't compromise on your sleep to wake up early.

For IDT, I listened to Tharun Raj sir's KZbin revision lectures, and really enjoyed his classes. So I would recommend him. But u can also try Ramesh Soni, or Yashwant Mangal, or Surinder sir (who comes on Atul Agarwal's channel).. try listening to their demo lectures on KZbin, before deciding which lectures to purchase.

So i was studying in Bangalore and it wasn't that cold (since this video was taken in Jan end)... but when it is really cold otherwise, I only do these things - very very heavy clothing (2 layers of everything - jackets, muffler, socks) and blanket, keep drinking hot water (I usually have a flask with me).. And I'd try to give myself more than enough sleep (8 to 8.5 hours) so that when I wake up, I have enough energy and not feel like going back to sleep..
