Coach Reese can you also talk about the 3-4-3 with a midfield diamond. I think that structure provides more offensive prowess and two diamonds for greater combination plays..a solid back three. I would like to hear your opinion on this and just how to implement it..

⚽️Thx for sharing; I myself prefer the (1/3/5/2) it can easily becomes (1/3/3/4)& (1/5/3/2); It's the favorite tactics I am following since many yo ⚽️⚽️⚽️

I'm glad you found it useful Steven. You make some great points! Personally I prefer 5 across the front line when in possession, which I think is slightly easier with the 3-4-3, but I do like the 3-5-2. As you mentioned it offers some really interesting dynamics!

This is ace, Im currently using a 3 5 2, but i prefer the 3 4 3, id ideally like to take out a cdm and add an extra attacker. So i will pay attention to this series
