Wow that choice! All of the entries for that town hall are great. The selection of designs in similar competition today are usually 'crap', 'crap', 'crap' and 'slightly less crap (but still crap)'. In this documentary, you occasionally see the result right next door to the magnificent buildings they're highlighting.
