I have a female yellow sided conure will be bringing home a marron bellied conure male. Would they be compatible to mate and have babies even though they are not the exact same.

They are different species, so it would either result in unviable and infertile eggs, or you would get hybrids which would be sterile (not able to reproduce). I am not sure if they are okay to cage together in the first place, but I would not.
