Its a good starter, but mana regen is a must here or at least some mana leach on hit, i used it on Delve league and it was pretty cool but had trouble with mana when kiling alot of monstyers or doing barrage on boss

As for Winds of Change gloves, they're not bad however with the current crafting system wouldn't yellow gloves be a lot better, not cheap I know but at least like 3x the amount of dmg if you'd go Increased dmg against Chilled enemies + dmg while leeching + dmg during any flask effect. Can craft those for bout 3ex if ur lucky

@Path of Exile Builds Still a noob here. Am I correct in assuming that you can't equip Quill Rain at lvl 5 in Betrayal on your first character? PoE trade has them listed at 8-10 chaos. Figuring out how to level efficiently in this game is quite the task.

Why mirage archer on both chest and bow? Since they can't both be up is it a waste on one more than the other in your opinion? Just curious really, i love mirage archer just wonder if it'd be better replaced by something for possible damage on one more than the other. Any comment/explanation would be awesome. Great build, only my second char and i'm trying it out! (haha 2nd char) what a newb!

Thanks for the great guide! I am confused about the boots gems. Curse on Hit only applies when a spell hits a target, but what spell is linked in the boots that will enact the Assassin's Mark? Onslaught and Herald of Ice are Self Buffs....

It's better to keep the way I showed on the video because you'll have to change your bow during boss fights. But please, note that this build is not updated to 3.6 yet, you might get better results with other builds. Have a nice day!

I don't know why this popped up again, but I noticed something odd. Since you're recommending a now legacy RoTC with +4 proj., why would you add GMP into Ice Shot link? You don't need that for clear at all.

You got it wrong bro, I'm not recommending a Legacy RoTC, the new one comes with 4 Projectiles because of Greater Volley. As I've said on the video you just have to use GMP if you don't use RoTC.

hey there and thanks for the video, but i have a question: why do you not go for Flesh Freeze ? Is it not worth it ? Takes 2 Points and gives 8% cold dmg + 24% cold dmg / 15% projectile spd / 10% chill effect. Thank you :)

You can use a Drillneck or a good rare quiver with Critical Chance/Multiplier, Life, elemental resistances if you need.

Like the build, made it to 90. It was all good up until i upgraded my Reach of the Council bow with a higher stat one, right after that my ice shot started to not "spray" in front of the character, instead 5 arrows fly away in a straight line. Any idea how i broke this? Or how to solve it?

Hi bro, please update this video, or just write a message to all of PoE build users that Reach of the Council is useless after last patch. Now it don't give us 2 extra arrows, it give us greater volley support and it comletely suck. Peace! ;)

Bro, i've updated this guide just to include Reach of the Council as the new best boe for it. It grants Greater Volley support, this means 4 extra projectiles and 1 extra link for more damage. That's awesome :D
