M 2016 batch student, in between 2017 to 18 i discontinued my course & taken re-admission, so m i eligible to attend the law exam for this year. Bcoz i have to complete 3 pending pratical paper.

It seems there is a slight error regarding years of students permitted for exam in last even semester exam its clearly mentioned that it was ths last chance for 2015 only so obviously 2016 should get 2 more chance this calander year. Wait never for more days take previous notification and then represent.

But in the circular they have given years of 2009-2016 batch students are not eligible to write the exam... What is the solution for the 2016 batch students now?

Actually the chances for 3 years are 3+3+1 total 7 years however due to pandemic all were given additional oneyear (for all years during covid)till last even semester exam year till 2015 was given that chance. By applying the same law you should also get that. Check previous notification without delay do needful representation.

Sir today i have visited the kslu university examination section to request a last chance for 2016 batch. They told to wait (til the syndicate meeting & decision happens) & else any of them make a writ petition. If the student appealed for writ petitions then the last chances may be given for 2016 batch through court or else no chances wil be given.
