Almost all cities have rules to leave 25% open area in plot. They use the open area as parking.

Excellent plan, especially the living room and dinning opening up to an indoor pool. Wish the interior was a bit more polished and not so tacky (dark brown tiles in the shower, dark brown walls which shine etc.) - the floor plan though is amazing !!

Problem with this design is on ground floor no washroom near drawing room ..what if any guest wants to use toilet he will have to go inside informal dining area ...second ....Pooja room back wall is a toilet ...that is a big No no.....if garden was in front it could have served as a second guest area for people you have to acquaint with but don’t want inside your home also small gate in front doesn’t compliment the design but I guess it’s subjective .

Shubnam, thanks for the detailed review. We had to also ensure to cater to the privacy hence garden was shifted back. Also the bedrooms leveraged on the bit of green they got. There is still some green in the front with the lily pond. There is a powder room below the stairs for access. This is not a 100% Vasthu compliant house. The client wanted a east facing pooja which has been provided. Also noted the other points too and like you said its subjective.
