There are multiple interpretations here. 59 is an area code of Andheri, Mumbai which is often used by Divine in his songs. 3-4 AM is also the Devil’s hour and Divine has often stated that he writes his songs in this period as his consciousness is at it’s peak. In the music video, his entry is marked by glowing red eyes which can be another reference to that. Also, it can be a reference to a period before dawn, signifying the dawn of a new era of hip hop.
