We did Rainbow over Memorial Day used Rainbow River Canoe and Kayak who shuttled us to KP Hole, we paddled to the springhead then paddled/floated back down river and a bit in the in the Withlacoochee to their dock where our car was parked ~7 miles total. I've never been on a hardboard, we've always done the inflatable route and I get the toe cramps from time to time but mostly if we are in saltwater/really fighting the current like we seem to do at Kayak Amelia . I thought it was because I was death gripping the board with my feet 😆
