I was wondering if an ADXL 377 accelerometer would work with your design, compared to the ADXL 335 that you use in this tutorial? I know some coding would have to change in addition, in terms of the AnalogRead(__) but would anything else have to change with the code and/or your app Vibration Analysis?

It seems all the same. You only need to change the sensitivity for the external accelerometer in the application settings. Is my site working well now? I want to once again thank the reported problem with the site!!!

Note that this accelerometer is much less sensitive. It is for measuring large accelerations.

usefulmobileapps.com Yes, your website is working well now. Thank you for your help and continuing help. Yes I did notice that and I changed the sensitivity to 6.5 mV/g as I found in the data sheet. I also currently have it hooked up to my laptop so the voltage I have is 5V. I however am not getting nice wave forms like you have in your video. I have taken snapshots of this to show you, however I am unable to attach them to these comments.

Perhaps this is due to the small sensitivity of the accelerometer. ADXL377 is for measuring large accelerations. You can send a screenshot by email.

I'm very interested in the setup of this sensor and I have been looking at all the information you have on your website and it has been extremely helpful, however I am not able to view any of the pictures that show your assembly. I understand how you did most of it but a few things are not making sense to me. Would I be able to obtain these images another way? Thank you so much, all your help is greatly appreciated!
