Yasirislam 01 Beta, one the reason of our being behind Bangla Desh [ which we used to call before 1971 as ''Bhookay Bengali'' and were never considered them at par with West Pakistanis was our feudal culture dominated by these landed feudal, peer, gaddi nasheens and most importantly people of different cultures/languages etc. Bengalis had no such issues ie different languages, culture topography, climate and the ''barrier of geographical boundry'' Secondly they had no military rulers[except for a short period] and continuity of HASINA as their leader.. Having no cotton of their own they are the leading garment exporter in the world. Corruption is also not as dominant as we have in Pakistan.[They have no Zardaris or Sharifs or mulla diesel]..

Sure, personality does count but he is not there in a ''beauty contest'' It does add to his stature provided he is competent, hardworking and honest as well. This is like ''SONAY PER SUHAGA''
