Great informative video on what items you need to play online darts. Always thought I need laptop or more expensive items ( outside of my budget) Might invest in a tripod & fone holder in the future!👌🎯👏

Great stuff, thx. Subscribed! one thing to mention.... to get more out of the frame, don´t tilt. this is a smartphone phenomena, but actually our natural eyesight´s habitat is the horizontal orientation and so are most darts-platform´s video-ratio orientations designed aswell. There is no point in having smaller proportions or even black sides around the image.

I personally prefer the Ring lights, because you can fix your camera to the Ring (with the right equipment). They also give a more consistent light in my opinion.

I have been needing to buy some sort of oche as if just had a strip of tape on the floor😂

Great video bud and some good advice. I've got the Torus 100 and I think it's a brilliant light. Really good for if you're going to boards with rubbish lighting, I use mine on my works dartboard. Great giveaway, looking forward to many more in the future 👍🏼🎯

I don’t use any apps, for playing online I used nakka.com mate

So when you enter the score youre doing it on the same device which is pointing at the board? And also how can you see your score from that device far away? Sorry if its stupid questions Ive been looking at the scolia to try and take the hassle away a bit because as far as im aware there's no need for cameras on that

Yeah mate I am using my phone so I can enter the score and see it all on the screen! I look at what I have before I go back to the oche and if I need to look again I’ll take a little step to see the screen

How do people know you're standing at the right distance?

What’s the point if you’re not? If you’re stood to close or far away you’ll never get any better when it comes to playing in real life at the pubs and clubs

Nobody really knows, but I tested this theory myself. Standing closer to the board does NOT give you an advantage. It's even more difficult in my opinion. Test this for yourself and see. So I don't think anyone will be "cheating" in this regard.
