I cannot believe I almost bought both of the first two houses in this video but I waited and found something much better in Valrico FL. We were concerned about crime in Kissamee so we passed on the first and I loved the second but my wife didn’t so we passed. You have good taste because those were the only two homes I liked enough to inquire about.

I love the third home the best! It’s gorgeous ! Also the formal living rooms aren’t really formal they are called family rooms/ great room or den. Living rooms are usually the first room in front of the house which no one really goes in, lol.

Hello, this house was built in 2001. The roof is a couple years old. It's in a great non gated community. The Hoa dues don't do too much other then maintaining the common areas and road. Please email me for more information :)

The carpeting doesn't need replacement, Just rent a carpet shampooer and shampoo the carpeting,easy fix, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the house.
