Excellent lesson, Lara. The words make me laugh about the shy Beatle who has to escape an amorous woman. Really? A big thank you.

Like the shirt. 😊 Lesson a bit above my head. Just beginning. Like the close ups because the camera actually catches the finger placement. Nice explanations and pace.

Thanks, I'm glad you like the shirt! I appreciate your feedback and it's good to hear that the close ups are helpful 😊

Thank you! Beautiful and very well taught. I love the fingerpicking patterns. I have one suggestion...instead of playing a C chord after the Am7, play a D chord instead.

Thank you, I'm so glad you enjoyed this! 🤗 I tried playing D after Am7 and that works too. Thanks for the suggestion!

Very very very cool. I learned the Hal Leonard “easy” version. Love the texture of your riff vs how I play it and the finger-picking is amazing. Only trouble I’m having is being used to counting 123...456 vs your 123 (and variations with the &s) but I’ll get used to it. Thanks Lara

Hi Robert, I'm happy to hear that you like the fingerpicking and the riff. Thanks for the lovely feedback!

Is this all written out somewhere such as when to change to the different strums, and how does one know when to play the riff. I’m new at this navigation!
@LaraMarkowitzMusic2 жыл бұрын
Hi Robin, my songsheet specifies which patterns I'm using in the video as well as where to play the riffs. It's helpful to have the entire song on one page so you can see what's coming next 😊 You'll find the songsheet in my Song Book on Patreon: www.patreon.com/LaraMarkowitz Thanks for the question!

In the first and second measure, it shows strings 2 and 3, not 3 and 2, and in third measure it shows string 2 , but you say3
@LaraMarkowitzMusic2 жыл бұрын
The numbers in the measures refer to the frets, not the strings. So in both measures 1 and 2, after playing the first chord you'll play the 2nd fret of the 3rd string and then the 3rd fret of the 2nd string. Thanks for the question and here's a video on reading tabs that you may find helpful 😊 kzbin.info/www/bejne/kHm4dnmCrKqng6M
