Hai, Just saw your videos and believe me jsut became a subscriber on 1st video itself. can you give a plan with 20x35 ft plot with a duplex model which is 20 ft from north to south and 35 ft from east to west. road is on west side and on east no entry is possible. make the entry on north. There should be a good space for hall kitchen and on bedroom in gf if possible else make all bedrooms in top floor only . car parking is must in ground floor. I know its a little bit tricky one with many requirements but just thought of asking since u have planned very well fr this one.
