No dishwasher - have you looked at property in the DR before? Only about 30% of homes have dishwashers. Most people have a housekeeper.

It was completed in 2018 so not old. Maybe just the taste of the person who built and chose the finishes? It’s built well and aging really well. Likely just personal taste. Sorry just checked correction 2016. But still not old 8 years.
