We took the video during dry season when it's very difficult to keep everything green. However, you're right. The owner lives abroad (their reason for selling), so landscaping is difficult to keep up.

@@veritas23888 It's best for you to consult with a lawyer on how you can structure that best for your needs. Foreigners cannot directly own land, so a lease or usufruct is one way to handle that. You can own the house, which has ownership registered separately from the land, directly.
