This is the best low-key flex that I've ever seen. For those who haven't tried, handstand pushups are actually super difficult, and the second one was basically 85% of a one handed chin-up, which is much better than most people can do.

It seems difficult when you have ADHD. Do something that will keep you focused, playing video games, reading book, using a clicker/fidget toy. Problems in CP in the most general way are usually about common sense, observation, discovering invariants, implementing known DSA, and most are variations of other known problems. Things like this are learned by lots of experience, learning from others code techniques, and working hard ;) So my suggestion is, solve lots and lots of problems, preferably in gradually increasing difficulty. Quantity of learning methods != effectiveness. Sometimes it is as simple as practicing meditation before solving. Sometimes it is getting rid of clutter, or doing warm up exercises before solving. One last note is, time yourself. Most competitive programmers solve A,B,C considerably fast. They are not discovering anything new, just seeing what to do intuitively from solving lots of problems. Read blogs, read more advice from other people, read others code, editorial see what you can learn. Have fun my friend!

Input Format You will be given two positive integers, and (), separated by a newline. Output Format For each integer in the inclusive interval : If , then print the English representation of it in lowercase. That is "one" for , "two" for , and so on. Else if and it is an even number, then print "even". Else if and it is an odd number, then print "odd". Note: Sample Input 8 11 Sample Output eight nine even odd

you learn c++, read others code after attempt, read blogs in codeforces, solve lots of problems in gradually increasing difficulty you will be stuck whole day on a problem and thats part of the journey. read editorial and others code, usually there is simple observation or invariant you have not seen before. In summary, solve lots and lots of problems (increase difficulty if too easy). learn from others code, and have PATIENCE and FUN Goodluck fellow CPer
