My rose plant is dying now as leaves were very less and not growing. I use little pottasium around one spoon in 14inches pot but plant getting drying more and balance leaves are falling? What could be the reason? Today I added sand with compose and removed 50% of old soil. But unfortunately I watered it little again. Will this plant recover? It's two years old plant of 2+feet height with very less leaves but stems are still good.

Stop watering let soil go very very dry apply 1 ml humic acid 1 gram bavistin or saf in 500 ml water apply in roots do this for 3 tmes in gap of 5 days after do watering when soil is dry and after 5 days apply 1 gm npk in soil every day for 7 days in 200 ml water provide full sun and water when soil is dry when new leaves come out stop giving in soil start spraying npk in gap of 2 days, same dose.
