83 lakh is way too much!! Even 60 lakh is overpriced.. As we all know a particular area or location gets it's justified price on how good the communications are.. 4000/sqfeet would be a good price for this.. Floor plan is also not good.. So, please don't waste our time..

Communications never determine flat price. Local area planning, width of roads decide everything. . Any planned city will always cost more than any pocha unplanned bostis, jotoi communications thakuk. Kestopur e dekben communications durdanto. Kintu oi pocha bosti. That's why kestopur flats are cheaper than even santragachi.

Who designs these flats? Such Bad designs. even after paying so much premium you will get a flat that DOES NOT have any master bed room that can accommodate a king size bed and a good wardrobe and has an attached toilet.

it's possible. If you try to research by your own and don't go for broker. Try to do some Market research. You can get this property within 20% lesser price.
