After listening to this way too many times, I've come to interpret "Say goodbye to new Kitchen Gun™" in the menacing sense of someone who has it pointed at you. The toilet grenade part is harder to rationalize, though - maybe in the "canon" of the song, that section is just glitchier than the rest and it cuts itself off. Might explain why his voice is deeper in that section specifically.
