“Capped” probably means they set a limit on the scoring margin allowed to be calculated per game. Ex: set a limit of 40 points max per game. That way teams don’t have incentive to keep running up the score in blowout games.

Gabe, What you want is the random draw system that is used to place teams in the Group Tables of the UEFA Champions League. Where there are multiple tiers of team draws. That way it avoids one group table being stacked with 4 heavyweights. It's difficult to describe in text form. But once you see it you would say yeah that, bring that over to the SEC.

Everyone we play would have to key on that. 2 backs with a motion out of the backfield for a guy with that kind of acceleration would be dangerous.
