Today I am sharing 3 breakfast ideas which we are loving right now.. they are my go to and something the kids really love too! Thanks as always for watching and I really hope you enjoy these recipes :)

RECIPE 1: Flat bread, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, honey
RECIPE 2: Flat bread, blue cheese, egg, salt, pepper, chilli oil
RECIPE 3: Same quantities of - eggs, milk, flour, 1 banana, protein powder if desired

They say not to use a metal spoon in honey as apparently there’s something in the metal that kills off the enzymes in the honey, removing some if the goodness of the honey - they say should always use either a wooden spoon or a plastic one - fab recipes as well :)

Thank you for the breakfast ideas. I have found myself in a breakfast rut. I have overnight oats or scrambled eggs in the morning. Nice to add a few more ideas. 😊

Super recipes! Excellent ideas, I greatly appreciate them and really enjoyed your video. I must look for truffle honey - it sounds delicious. Thank you! Ps….do you have a wooden dipper for honey? Apparently either that or a wooden or plastic spoon retains the integrity of the enzymes in the honey (at least that’s what the experts say! lol)
