✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
* Sprouted Wheat Flour/Samnag/Samnak Ka Atta(अंकुरित गेहूं का आटा/सामनक का आटा - 1 Tbsp
* All Purpose Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 2 Tbsp
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Tbsp
* Water(पानी) - 750 ML
* Sugar(चीनी) - 250 Gram
* Cocoa Powder(कोको पाउडर) - 2-3 Pinch
* Ghee(घी) - 150 Gram
* Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे)
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
Take a pan & put Sama Rice Flour, All Purpose Flour/Maida & Ghee. Mix all well gradually by adding Water. Then keep the pan for heating, put some Sugar & cook it on a slow flame by stirring it continuously for 10-12 minutes. When the mixture starts boiling then turn the flame off. Take a big bowl, keep a strainer with a muslin cloth, and sieve the boiled mixture. Take a heavy bottom pan, put the sieved mixture & keep it for heating. Stir it continuously & cook on a medium to high flame. Take a big plate & place a cookie cutter or halwa plate & put some chopped Dry Fruits. Add some Cocoa Powder & mix well. As the mixture turns thick, start adding Ghee. Continue adding Ghee and stirring till the mixture gets separated. Place this hot mixture on a ready plate. Keep it cooling for 10 minutes. Then de-mold the halwa & cover it with a clean wrap. Keep it in the air-tight jar for a long time use. In this way, Tasty & Crunchy Sohan Halva is ready to eat.
