any kind of films on the glass is not legal but the glass u are telling about from nexa is uv cut glass in which theres a sheet in between og glass panels, if u want less heat than go for after market transparent uv protecting sheets which is available from many brands one of which is garware, its too is illegal as its a film applied on the glass but its not visible and does the job,

Bhai mene 50% black film krwai hai scorpio mein ludhiana se gurgaon tk bhi challan nhi hua 1saal hogya ab last 3 35% kiye fir bhi sirf 2 mahine mein 1 baar hath diya car ko i suggest normal 50% non coloured tint bcz mere known mein kise police officer ne bataya tha ki PP walo ko nishani si mili hai ki toyota aur maruti ki cars mein hi green tint hai vo baki green tint wali cars rokte hein
