I'll say, if they'd just use some random abandoned buildings parking lot, charged these guys $20 a car, check for insurance at the gate and make em sign a waiver. You know how much money it would bring in AND keep people from doing it in the streets? You know there's at least one and if you had multiple, that's a million dollar business right there.

Can't convict someone on "I think". What proof do they have that they started the takeover? What jurisdiction does the government have on private property? Who exactly is these takeovers hurting other than the people participating in them?
