Q: why does Sophie move her head so slowly (2:03) compared to Indi (1:31) and Charlie (2:42)? Btw I named my CHiP Biscuit.

No entirely sure, but I'm guessing she was just at a lower battery level at the time compared to the other two. CHiPs have impressive battery life. Also I love the name, because my good friend from high school has a dog named Biscuit.

The only problem is that since he is an older model CHiP, I can't change the name so he recognizes it.

Indy was one of the first CHiPs sent to the US, and she is able to recognize her name. Your firmware is probably out of date, so this will need to be updated on your smartphone/tablet. Some bad firmware issues can cause the leg problems your CHiP is having as well.
