I once prayed and fasted for my marriage to end when I was being abused by my husband. I said to God..If you were not the one who blessed this marriage in that church that day, or if we forced ourselves into this marriage,then please let this man move out or let us partways peacefully without anyone of us losing life. By then he jobless and too jealous of me. I cried to God to give me peace. And what God did was to prompt me and remove us from the city we were to another city where my husband got a job within a month. And all the troubles ended there.
